And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever. – 1 John 2:17
Are you walking in compatible with the will of God? If that be so then you shall be establish and be firm in the Lord. God the almighty will bless you such that you shall be firm in Him, Then you will be blessed in your earthly life as well as the heavenly everlasting life. Therefore no one who does not walk according to the word of God, shall not enter in to His heavenly Kingdom. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.(Mat 7:21). You may lead an determined life in the Lord, You may be financially supportive in the work of the Lord, You may receive the anointing of Holy Spirit and do miracles and wonders in His name, You may be willing to sacrifice, for the name and glory of God, anything in this world. But if all your efforts are not compatible with the willing of God, then it may not be possible for you enter in to the kingdom in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.(Mat 7:22-23). If you only done a simple deed according to His will, you will enter in to His kingdom in heaven. When Jesus lived on this earth He did everything in according with the will of God. But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.(Jn 4:14). For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.(Jn 6:38-40).
When you work your life as per the will of God, you do not fall, you are not ruined, nothing over whelms you. You will stand. Word of God explains two types of houses. One was built on sand; the other was built on the rock. There was heavy rain, storms beat the houses and flood water ran over them. The house that was built on sand collapsed, but the house that was built on rock stood the fury and stood firm. Beloved, word of God reveals His plan for you. When you do not follow it, your life becomes similar to the house built on the sand. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: (Mat 7:26). When you meet trials, tribulations, problems and sufferings in your life, if you do not listen to the word of God and walk according to them then you do not have the strength to endure under it. You become despair and feel defeated, everything is happening against you and you are unable to stand steadfast in the word of God. You start backsliding. Instead if you walk in the word of God, you are like the house built on the solid rock. Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: (Mat 7:24). When you any one who follows the word of God in His life true to its meaning, he is stable and firm. Any amounts of trials, sufferings, problems, loses and pain nothing make you sake away from the love of God. You will be like Daniel who continued to remain in prayer in spite of his enemies. Today you inspect yourselves, where have you built your house. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.(Ps 23:6).
Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. - Ephesians 5:17
